Elementary The following positions are open for the 2011-2012 school year (subject to student enrollment, participation and state funding) due to resignations, retirements, leaves of absences, transfers, etc.
Speech and Language Pathologist
The position of SLP is open to work with students at the elementary level. This individual will work with students from multiple schools depending on the identified needs of students.

Secondary The following position is open (subject to student enrollment, participation and state funding) due to resignations, retirements, leaves of absences, transfers, etc.
The following positions could be needed over two different summer sessions: 1st Summer Session - 6/4-6/28: 4 hours per day 2nd Summer Session – 7/2-7/27: 4 hours per day
Possible Subjects Available: English 9-12 Social Studies (Gov’t, US History) Math (Pre- Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II)
*Multiple subjects could be taught in the same class- depending on enrollment and need.
** All of the above positions will be compensated at the individual teacher’s hourly rate.

Special Education School Psychometrist / School Psychologist
NCCSC is seeking a licensed school psychometrist / school psychologist to complete evaluations for students during the process for identifying students with special needs. This individual will be working on an individual basis with the Director of Special Education to determine the days and times for evaluations for students. The individual will be working for a flat rate per evaluation completed.
Qualifications:License in area required to provide evaluations for special needs Rate of pay: Flat rate per evaluation negotiated with Director of Special Education Work schedule: days per year are flexible and dependent on the number of evaluations needed

Important note:
Per IC 20-28-5-3(c), beginning July 1, 2007, applicants who receive an “initial” teacher’s license must have successfully completed training in:
- cardiopulmonary resuscitation that includes a test demonstration on a mannequin,
- removing a foreign body causing an obstruction in an airway, and the Heimlich Maneuver; and,
- hold a valid certification in each of these procedures from either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
